If YES then we can help you! We are former Police Officers and a current Firefighter! We get it, time is challenge with shift work, overtime, low energy levels, all while balancing time with your loved ones.
You might not always have access to a full gym - our strength workouts are programmed for both a full gym and dumbbell's only. Time is a challenge? We program 20, 40 and 60 min workouts.
Our programming and support is available to you right on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC. We meet you where you're at and at what level of support you desire. Our 'Serve Fit' programming and support is designed to yield incredible fitness and nutrition results and is completely confidential.
What's Included??
✔ Fit to Serve app
✔ Set in monthly blocks, option to sign up for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time
✔ Strength Workouts programmed for 20, 40 and 60 minutes (this time is to also allow for a short Finisher workout at the end!) So you do whatever length strength workout fits your schedule that day
✔ Finishers - High intensity 8-14 min workouts sent to you daily, for full gym and no equipment
✔ Cardio - option of a Running Program or Cardio Program (mix of run/row/bike/ski). 3 levels - Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
✔ Nutrition Guidelines for your ideal daily amounts of carbs/fats/protein
✔ Recipes
✔ Food Journal in app (optional, but included)
✔ Progress pics, weight and measurements in app (optional, but included)
