As a professional emergency responder, you have to have accountability for yourself and your fitness. Not only do you need to be fit for duty to serve the public to the best of your ability, but you have to be able to back your crew up if things go wrong or to be able to contribute to the crew. My workouts were getting stale and my nutrition wasn't the greatest. I signed up with Amanda because I wanted to both push myself and educate myself on fitness and nutrition. I've only been at it for around 3 weeks, but my strength and conditioning has already improved. Amanda is very involved with keeping I touch and providing great advice. I would highly recommend Amanda's 12 week program for anyone trying to get hired in emergency services, or anyone currently hired and looking to make a healthy lifestyle change.
