Amanda geared my workouts to meet my specific needs with the equipment I have available to me. She provided me with the programs to drop 2 work pant sizes and gave me the confidence to be able to tackle any physical challenge or test. I am so happy to be working with Amanda! I have been training with Amanda now for just over 5 weeks in her Fit to Serve online training program. I am already noticing muscle gain in the short 5 weeks with Amanda and I’ve been working out on my own for over 15 years now. I have improved in my ability to complete more push-ups, core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I couldn’t have done this without her.  Amanda is very focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. She is extremely reliable and is always there for me when I have any fitness or nutritional questions. 

The app on my phone that we use together for my workouts is very user friendly and a great tool to track my workouts and nutrition intake. 

I am always leaning so much from her private Facebook group. I love all the fitness tips and great recipes she posts everyday. Amanda is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of her profession. I feel I will be able to take the knowledge and tools I have learned from her and apply it though out my career and life long fitness journey. As a professional emergency responder, you have to have accountability for yourself and your fitness. Not only do you need to be fit for duty to serve the public to the best of your ability, but you have to be able to back your crew up if things go wrong or to be able to contribute to the crew. My workouts were getting stale and my nutrition wasn't the greatest. I signed up with Amanda because I wanted to both push myself and educate myself on fitness and nutrition. I've only been at it for around 3 weeks, but my strength and conditioning has already improved. Amanda is very involved with keeping I touch and providing great advice. I would highly recommend Amanda's 12 week program for anyone trying to get hired in emergency services, or anyone currently hired and looking to make a healthy lifestyle change.

I'm Ashley and my 2020 goal is to become a firefighter. I started the 12 week first responder program, with Amanda, 4 weeks ago. The main reason I started this program was because I needed to get my body (strength and size) to the next level and I had exhausted all of my personal options. When a friend introduced me to Amanda and her program, I knew it was exactly what I needed. I had the motivation and drive to get to the gym and now I have the tools I need to make it happen. Over the last 4 weeks, the workouts have been tough (I’m not going to sugar coat that!) but they have also made me realize that anything is possible. It might suck in the moment, but at the end of a workout you’re one step closer to the end goal. I would recommend Amanda to anyone who has a goal to become a first responder. She has the tools and skills to get you there. All you need is the motivation and drive to make it happen. So what are you waiting for?

I am OBSESSED with her training program.
 
I live a very busy life and find it hard to fit in long training sessions. The circuits she provides are helpful for any level of fitness and I’m able to add and minimize the weight I want to use. 
The nutrition coaching has been SO helpful because I never know what to eat. I’m always struggling to find fast but healthy meals. 

I have already seen muscle growth and weight loss after 4 weeks. 

The money is so beyond worth this program
